Fixed Lines

Anyone in the valley know if there is a fixed line on New D or Nabisco? |

I would think that any fixed lines at Arch Rock would have been removed before the falcon closures in March. Highly doubtful anyone would have put them back up after the unexpected early opening. I don't remember seeing any lines at the Cookie a few weeks ago, but I wasn't looking closely at Nabisco. |

Fixed lines at the Cookie and Arch are the greatest things to happen in American climbing. This used to only be a winter time thing though. |

Sorry about that, just a dumb joke. Though they do warm my heart. Sounds like a wild time, way beyond what we micro-traxion-equipped posers are up to. Some prominent locals have been hanging fixed lines around the lower Merced and beyond for many years. Again, mostly in the winter. Just as a way to easily top rope solo. To take in these gorgeous cracks and get a hassle-free pump. |

Like for example - you want to date this women - are you asking her on public forum " Do you want to fak me?" Do you know what happen next? Fundamentalists and orthodox show up and not only cut your balls, but they prohibit to make love everyone. |

Are fixed lines still up on the 140 crags? Getting a bit warm out… but no partner and would love to get some laps this weekend if they are still there. Any local insight would be appreciated. |
