George Creek

Has anybody been up George Creek this summer to approach either Carl Heller or Mt Barnard? Wondering how the road to the trailhead is and the condition of the canyon.

In the spring the trail had been hammered by the fall monsoons, and large natural avy cycles over the winter. Still would expect loads of down trees, and deep rutted out sections in the creek bed. Godspeed.

I have not, but planning on Mid-September hopefully if the road to the TH is drive-able.
