hella suspicious, like a $300 pack of cams for $90. i dont think this is legit but any buyers, or people that can verify this is real?

Buy used. Or buy some jank single axles from Oliunid. Not gonna be in that price range for a rack of those sizes otherwise 

The address they list is actually a Target.  Definitely a scam site.  Reading their about page is rather humorous though.  

Here is a list of known scam sites - do not use - price looks, great but they charge your card and never ship anything.
