Ticks on App and Web Browser don’t match

Hi, my wife and I use the web browser and app to log ticks.  We recently tried to add some ticks after about a year’s hiatus and noticed that when she logged into her account on the web it only showed 4 ticks from 2018.  When she logs into her account in the iPhone app she has 203.  I have a similar problem although I have 268 ticks in the web browser and 200 in the app.  We would both just like to use the web browser if possible.  Is there some way to access my wife’s 203 ticks on the web browser?  Thanks for your help.

Hello Dwayne,

I have found what the problem is and hopefully someone can fix it.  My wife and I both sign into Mountain Project using Facebook.  When my wife signs in on the web browser she sees only 4 ticks.  The user account she signed into is 200301109.  When she signs into MP using the app OR clicks on her name that is a hyperlink in a tick list she sees all of her 264 ticks.  This user account is 200115380.  Someone needs to merge these accounts so that my wife can sign onto the same account with the app or the web browser.  Thanks for your help.

Thanks, Zander.  We reset my wife’s password.  Now she can see her ticks using a browser.  Thanks very much.
