Good source for climbing pads?

I have a friend who is having a home wall professionally installed but they want to charge a lot of money for the pads. 7 4-inch pads for somewhere around $5000 including $1000 for shipping seems unreasonable to me.

Do you know of good sources for pads?

She lives near Bend, Oregon so PNW is ideal or someone who has reasonable shipping costs.

Thanks in advance,

Nate

“The Foam Man” in Corvallis might be able to help you out if you want something custom, otherwise metolius sells bouldering gym mats at retail: https://www.metoliusclimbing.com/the-base-camp-pad.html

I use the Asana Drag Pads, currently costs $460 for a 72x48x6" pad, not including shipping. 2 of those was enough to protect my 8x12 home wall with some bouldering pads to protect the sides, and a thin layer of foam directly in front for sit starts.

Asana is out of Boise and makes custom pads for gyms. I think they make a good quality pad compared to other gyms I have bouldered at.

Thanks all. Hopefully one of those works out for her.
