App missing routes

How do I force the app on my android phone to update downloaded areas? When I go to a particular area in the app, it's not showing a route in that area that is shown when I access it via the browser.

Hi Marek,

Was the missing route added to the site recently? Please feel free to send a link to the route and I can look into it further.

The app updates at the end of each week with new admin-approved content. Meaning a newly-added route could be visible on the site but not updated to the app until the coming weekend.

Happy to help further.

It must be a matter of the app not getting route updates till the end of the week.

The route "Smash To Black" was added February 14th and is the 3rd route from the end on the website.

On my phone it looks like the attached image.

It's been more than 3 weeks, but the one route I pointed out is still not showing on the app while it remains on the website. Is there a problem with the app?

It's there for me. App says "Data from Mar 4, 2022" for California.

Shows up for me too in the app:

Weird. How do I force the app to update? It doesn't seem to do it automatically when I go to that area while online. In your snapshot there is a redacted route. There is no redacted route on my list.

"Manage Areas" button on the bottom of the app's home screen.

Terry E's screenshot is irrelevant and not helpful to your problem. It's just showing the website within the app.

Routes aren't marked as redacted in the app (at least not for me on Android).

Thanks Austin! Wrong screenshot for sure.

Sorry for my confusion, Marek. Am deleting the errant part of my post above.

Here’s what my app looks like on iPhone:
