Route Location does not appear on Android App
The location for specific routes does not appear on the app. Going to the website is inconvenient if you're visiting an area without cell service and without a guidebook. |
Bump. This is still an issue on Android |
Was just gonna make a post about this, it's quite annoying. |
Yeah this issue sucks a bunch, starting to seem like it's intentional since it hasn't been fixed (if it affects everyone) |
Going on four months since I noticed this. Is this going to be put behind a paywall or something in the future? |
Still no location on the Android app. It does appear on the apple version though. Definitely needs a fix. |
Can someone from the app development team please chime in on this bug? When can we expect a fix? This has the potential to create huge problems for people in the field while looking for routes! |

I just can't believe not a single person from MP has even acknowledged this yet. |

If you have stories of problems created by this bug, please post them. Maybe it’ll get someone’s attention. This is not a software bug that simply creates an inconvenience for users, this is outright dangerous. I can’t believe it hasn’t been acknowledged since August either. That’s 5 months of radio silence for something that should be relatively easy to fix in the code. Note: The location info is correctly displaying on the iPhone app. |

I unfortunately don't have any good stories, other than it simply rendering MP useless. |
