Valley Giants

Hi All.

I ordered a VG #9 in April 2019. (that's 1 1/2 years ago...)  I am still waiting.  Not a word from Thomas in 6 months since my last email. Somebody else know anything?

That sounds par for the course.   You will get it.  I’ve never heard of anyone ordering and paying for one and not getting it.   I’ve also never heard of anyone getting one fast or even slow, just really slow. 

• Tom is really bad about getting cams out quickly. 
• Tom is really bad about responding to emails. 

• Tom is amazing at producing the absolute best and most reliable large cams. 
• Tom always gets the cams out...eventually.

I was over on Wideforum where those climbers have that mostly freespeech thing going on and thought this Welsh fella might have the wait for the longest time to get a Valley Giant. A quick search brought up this thread over here on [REDACTED]. Did you ever get yer cam? If not, likely you could be the new record holder for longest wait time.

I ordered a #9 and #12 in October 2019 and he still has not sent me my cams either. Extremely frustrating. He emailed me in March 2020 saying that he would send my cams out before April.... I emailed him October 2020 asking for an update on the status of my cams or a refund. He has not responded.

That's more then I have gotten... Ordered a VG#9 in November 2019, no reply to my emails, and no update on the status of the cam. Ah well, it will come eventually... Hopefully before I move.

He only responded to me because I updated my shipping address

Update: 1 year 9 months. No VG #9.... 

I have to say  - Mr. Largo ain't got nothin' on this -

 I don't care if you are hand filing them with emery cloth wrapped around your boner, the timeframe is just way too long for the volume demand.  Maybe he should just give up the hobby.
