Vehicle storage Vegas

I am looking to do some climbing in the SW from mid February Thur beginning of April. During this time I’m looking at taking a 2 to 3 week trip to Mexico and would be flying out of vegas. Does anyone have recommendations on where I could park my vehicle for that long of a time period and be affordable?

Economy lot at airport is good

A friend of mine used a storage unit in Vegas for that exact purpose, the first month is free usually and he was upfront with the fact that he was going to be back before the month was over and they were okay with that,  so he basically got free storage for his van.

Can confirm the storage thing. Rented a unit for a month and left before end of month no problems or fees that I can recall.

Hey Kyle!

It sounds like you may be covered with the above storage ideas.  Alternatively, you can leave your car at the South Strip Transfer Terminal (SSTT) for free. This is a Park & Ride facility, and there's a shuttle to the airport.  The facility is monitored by guards 24 hrs/day and there is camera security.  Additional information and the form you'll need to provide to security at the link below.  The website indicates 7 days free, but if you call the number provided, they'll tell you it's actually 14 days, and with advance notice they will gladly work with you to accommodate your 3 weeks.

RTC is the Regional Transportation Commission of Southern Nevada, and SSTT info is here:

Thanks for the insight everyone. The storage unit is a great idea! Annie I’ll definitely check out the park and ride idea. Seems like a very simple solution. I was looking at airport parking and that would get expensive pretty quick.

Is the casino trick still working? Leave it in a casino parking garage.

Looking to store a 22' camper plus a Subaru while I'm away for 2.5 months. Any ideas? Can pay, but most legit RV storage places seems expensive and lacking availability.

Called the SSTT and they seem to be restricting folks to one month.

Guideline #1: Don't be a jerk.
