JOBS for Climbers

Hey I'm trying to find climbers who want to work this summer as full time climbing instructors for youth in Northern California (and also the Rock Mountains in Colorado). You get paid more for any outdoor certs you have like Wilderness First Aid and AMGA SPI. For the Bay Area, CA you'd be spending your days at Castle Rock State Park or Mount Diablo State Park. After work, the other multi-sport instructors (mountain biking, survival skills, kayaking etc.) usually drive to join you at the crag to hang out and climb :) We usually go to In-n-Out afterwards and on weekends we sometimes take trips to Yosemite. It's a pretty chill way to spend the summer outside and make some new climbing buddies. When not working, we also get to use company gear (kayaks, SUPs, mountain bikes etc.), discounts on all our climbing gear, and discounts at local climbing gyms. victoria@avid4.com shoot me a message if you're interested!
