I was gifted a Lestra Lighter trekker 210cm sleeping bag a few years ago.... And I don't speak french.

I'm trying to figure out what this bag is rated for. I think i found one messageboard post saying it was rated to 32*F but it would be nice to be sure. I haven't gone incredibly in depth though b/c it is more time consuming than expected to google translate numerous posts that usually aren't relevant.

so i'm curious if anyone has any experience with this bag or has a link with the specs?

The girl who gave it to me told me she was colder than she expected using it to bivy somewhere on mt.blanc.... She was really into ultra light hiking so that's what makes me guess it is rated to 32*, but it would be great to know what the ''survial'' and ''extreme'' temps it is rated for.

i included a photo of the only tag / info on the bag. it just says what it is made of and how to clean it though (unless my dumbass is missing something)

It's a 30 degree bag. Female ratings are warmer than men's ratings for sleeping bags. When buying a unisex bag it is important to pay close attention to the corresponding gender rating.
