For sure. I can agree [hanging draws] makes a difference at some point. But please note, the original discussion was whether that difference should philosophically disqualify what is considered a redpoint in sport climbing. To which I say no; in this game most folks "redpoint" with draws hung. 

It's probably also worth pointing out that people project is very different ways. Something you try to bag in a weekend versus something so gnar you come back next season. One of these having draws hung is going to make much more of a difference than the other, agreed? Regardless, sport/pinkpoint RIP. 

To each their own, obviously. Personally even on short term projects I will hang draws prior to a send to unless I’m onsighting. That’s just me though. Like my short friends and I say, “tall guy hangs the draws”
