Tons of folks getting screwed by Prodeal on the RC also.. how they are getting away with it is beyond me. Because people keep sending their shoes there. I've even seen other business review threads about Pro Deal sucking, but then again not everyone uses the internet. |

MP is a place where I use my real name and wouldn't say anything that I wouldn't say to a persons face. For a long time that is how most people on this site were, lets keep it that way. Anyways, ProDeal resole is the best. He does a fantastic job with the actual work. And it appears you sent your shoes in during high season, am I right. So yeah your turn around is going to take a while. If you know you need a certain pair resoled in high season quickly, you can go to an inferior resoler. If you are looking for quality use ProDeal. -Matt if you'd had your shoes stolen and your credit card charged by this guy like mark and i have, you would be upset too. |

My shoes were given to him 8 weeks ago, my credit card was charged 6 weeks ago, and i have no shoes. Maybe he does great work...and maybe it is a busy time, but for a long time the customer has always been the most important. If he cant turn my shoes around in two weeks like he said he could then he should not say it. Because of him i missed two competitions and then had to buy another pair of shoes for my climbing trip out east. This person is a thief and i will never do business with him again. He currently has shoes from 6 people on my climbing team, and has had them for 8 weeks. The shoes plus the labor that he already charged is equivalent to around $1300. If you call that quality and being the "best" then we must have very different opinions on how a business should run. I just want my shoes back. |

this guy is horrible. i sent out my shoes for the resole. tried to contact him by phone 6-7 times and left voicemails every single time, 1 email sent also. this guy never replied back. it took about 6-7 weeks to finally get my shoes back. he does nice work, but wtf at least have some common curtesy to respond to a message. i ended up buying another pair of shoes to replace the ones that i thought i wasnt going to see again. anyway dont risk losing your shoes, send them out to rockin resoles. i dont care how good the work is, this was to much of a pain in the ass. |

Definitely DO NOT USE Pro Deal Resoles. I sent them 2 pairs of shoes in August. They charged my credit card as soon as I sent the shoes. Now, 4 months later, I still don't have the shoes and they haven't returned any of the 4 emails I sent or the messages I've left on their voicemail. The 877 number listed on their website has now been disconnected. |

I sent my shoes to Plattsburgh shoe hospital and had a great experience. They came back in under two weeks, including shipping both ways, and the work looks good. |
