Account deleted without consent

Cross posting my bug report from another forum:

You were shadowbanned.

Do anything lately that might have pissed off a moderator? They're pretty sensitive, reactive, and noncommunicative.

For some strange reason the site redirects you to PinkBike when you try to submit an update to the MP.com database from a shadowbanned account (forums or routes or ticklist, anything tied to your shadowbanned account.)

My guess would be either you did something heinous, pissed off the wrong moderator, or OnX is getting ready to offload MP and is just hypersensitive and messy right now.

Kind of strange that you mention "without my consent". 

Nothing you do on this site belongs to you, really. It's all mountainproject/OnX property you are creating via content submission.

Your entire account can be deleted without just cause and there is literally zero you could do about it other than complain.

I'm not saying "screw you", just "thats the way the world works".

Why do you think your consent factors in?

Hi Noah, apologies for the frustration and confusion. There are many safeguards against accounts being deleted but it's possible (and sounds likely) that they got disabled by an automated spam filter. I'm seeing a few different "Noah James" accounts that were disabled here:

Did your old account with Ticks have the same username? I see 4 active accounts that use "Noah James" but only one has Ticks associated with it (here).
