Name that mountain Volume 5

Another view of the unusual geology of this peak. There is an easy "fifth-class scramble" to the summit, though the rough exfoliating nature of the rock does somewhat discourage.

Since no one else has answered, Crystal Peak. My mom's side of the family is from Delta so we know that area well.

De Beque canyon?

NW Colorado and pretty far from Black Canyon or Debeque

Cross Mountain 

Cross Mountain is correct.  The 14ers get most of the attention in Colorado but Cross Mountain is one of my favorites

It’s not Elkhorn, which is farther west. On the Shoshone National Forest map, which lacks detail, this mountain appears to be Lake (9096’). It’s just outside the detailed maps that I have, so I could be wrong. Sunlight Creek did cut this impressive gorge, so James may go next. 

Let’s get this party started. My initial impressions: at first I thought it looked like something from Glacier NP…but when I zoomed in and saw the colors in the rock it reminded me of the Uintas. That’s all I’ve got.
