Hi folks, I am from the west coast and will be on a work trip in Indiana soon and will potentially be free that weekend. I'll have some time that weekend of 6/20 am unfamiliar with the area and am interested in finding some climbing partners at the red. I will probably be driving in on a rental from Indy. I am stoked to try any moderate trad or sport routes. I would also be interested in Indiana gym or outdoor climbing. Im down for anything, but some routes im particularly interested in are: - Crack Attack -The underling -Arachnid -Autumn -Whats left of the beneeling -Bedtime for Bonzo -Cavers Route - Diamond in the crack -Foxfire Hit me up if you're interested. Cheers! |

Where in Indiana would you be? Not really any rope climbing worth it in Indiana. RRG is worth the weekend trip if you can make it work. |

June is also the second hottest month of the year at RRG, average high is 85. So plan accordingly. Some of those south facing walls feel nice and warm if it's 50 degrees and sunny so 85 would be an oven. |

You're probably not interested, but in the off-chance you wanted to try caving, I'd love an excuse to go. When it's hot outside (and at the crag) it's always 54ish underground. I do know of a dome in a cave that needs to be climbed. It's easy caving to get to the dome. You're welcome to do the whole climb, we can belay. |
