Room for Rent - Boulder (available now)

ISO roommate to take the last spot in our 4-bedroom home located near Baseline and Foothills. Rent is $850/mo + utilities and deposit. The room is available now and would require hopping on the lease which goes through the end of July. Roommates are three guys in their late 20s/early 30s. We have a respectful and relaxed dynamic around the house. Most of the time we're out and about doing the typical Colorado activities, otherwise just hanging at home relaxing. The house comes with washer/drier, plenty of storage, ample street parking, fenced backyard, and fully furnished besides the bedroom you will be taking. We have one cat named Yuri, he's the man. No other pets unfortunately as we are only allowed one per the lease. If this all sounds good hit me up! Would be happy to show anyone the place or answer any questions. 

Can we get a picture of the cat? I hope he's named after Yuri Gagarin, who was also the man.
