Rock climbing in Cimarron Canyon?

I drove through there recently and saw the cool looking cliffs in the Palisades area. Doesn't seem to be a lot of info about climbing around there on here, other than some older posts about it being prohibited suddenly?

What the status of that area because it looks sweet.

I did a couple of routes there in 1995/96; the rock is super chossy. It was probably illegal then and definitely is now.
