Hello!

I am looking for a physical or digital copy of the Katahdin rock climbing article by Arnold Wexler that was published in the 1946 edition of Appalachia.

I climbed what I think is a new route on Katahdin, and was hoping to cross reference that material to make sure it has not been climbed before.

If you have access please let me know! I did reach out to the AAC library as well.

If you are in a position to drive from where you are in ME to Pinkham Notch, I know that the library in the AMC's Joe Dodge Center there has a very large ( maybe complete) collection of old Appalachias. I can't speak to that specific issue but when I was there last month they had every volume that I was looking for in the 1930-40s time period.

Good luck.

I'll reach out to them! I'll definitely pop in next time I am there!

Update: I have photos of it, but if anyone has a scanned PDF that would also be useful!
