Hi, I'm forming a team to climb a few 6,000 m peaks in the Cordilerra Blanca in 2026. We'd like to climb routes of moderate technical difficulty (steep snow, AI 2-3, up to alpine D) and are looking mainly at peaks surrounding the Llanganuco valley (Chopicalqui, Chacraraju, Huascaran, and others). We are tentatively planning for early July, which is the peak climbing season.

I have one partner confirmed and a couple more that are tentative. I'm aiming for a team of 4-6 to manage risks on and off the mountains. PM if you are interested. Ideally you are in Colorado or can travel to Colorado to be part of a training climb this winter or spring, but we can discuss other ways to make a connection if that's not feasible.
