Have you had issues (yet) with the Z4 trigger wires, and if so, found any solutions? I just had what I'd consider premature trigger wire fraying on a .75 Z4. Planning to replace the braided wire and swage myself, maybe add some shrink tubing, but would love to find a way to make these more bomber
If the black heat shrink is tearing away, lay down a bead of hot melt glue on the lower end of the swage. I do this on all the Z4 re-wire jobs I do.

Mike, thanks for your input here and elsewhere (I've been lurking on several threads to inform my Z4 repairs). I'll give the hot glue a try -- I like the fact that it will be easier to see when fraying occurs, whereas with black shrink tube, fraying could ostensibly occur but go undetected
