Taken in January 2025. Both the mt I’m standing on (bonus points) and the one in question should have FEET of snow!

San Jacinto from San Gorgonio. No snow on these 10,000+ft peaks last January reminds me of how zero winter precipitation had fallen to that point which left the door open for the Santa Ana wind driven Palisade and Eaton fires.

You're close, this mountain is a little to the east and taller.
