have just climbed a 4800m mountain(base 3600) now back at 500m) and have another 5000er coming up in a week and bit or so and was wondering if i should rest or run/train as it is my first time with mountains in quick succession. thx guys
YMMV, I'd rest with light exercise, unless I was used to exercise similar to my next trip. In that case, I might engage in 1 moderate session and, maybe, a light one later.
