Boulderfield camping space available Saturday night!

Hello all! I was dorking around on rec dot gov dot fuck dot freedom a few minutes ago and noticed to my astonishment that there was a campsite in the Boulderfield available for this Saturday, August 2.  I purchased it on a whim, since they are rare as hens’ teeth, the forecast isn’t terrible, and it wasn’t expensive. 

Just as astonishingly, however, none of my regular crew is either able or willing to use any of it with me, so I hereby offer a share of it to you, the elite mountaineers of mountainproject.com. 

The reservation can accommodate up to three two-person tents or seven people (don’t ask me; I don’t understand government math, either) so it would be a shame not to share it with some other folks. 

I have summitted Longs twice by Kiener’s and twice by the Keyhole.  On my completionist to-do list are the North Face (aka Cables) route (5.2) and the Keyhole Ridge route (5.6, and not to be confused with the Keyhole Route, class 2). If you have your shit together, I will roll the dice on roping up with you for the North Face. If you really have your shit together, I will roll the dice on roping up with you on the Keyhole Ridge. If no one has his or her shit together, I will just happily enjoy a night under the stars and do the Keyhole Route again by myself on Sunday.

Also, since none of my regular crew wants any of this, if some of you just want to take advantage of an opportunity to camp up there before doing your own thing completely separate from me, you’re welcome to share the site before going off on your own, and I won’t be offended; I mostly just don’t want the space to go to waste.
