The USFS sell off includes all of the Abajo Mountains that are not in the monument. That would be devastating for Monticello. Someone would buy that up and turn it into their private hunting resort. 

also interesting that the BLM sell off includes the land the the Forest Service bunkhouse house is on in Monticello. They just built a new barn on that parcel. Wild
