We’re headed to Squamish for the month of July. (#teacherlife) If we find the right person (responsible, communicative, clean), we’d be interested in renting out our house for the month or by the week. We can work out more details if someone is interested, but we envisioned closing off the master and kid bedroom, so you’d have access to the guest room (with desk and full size bed), covered patio, kitchen, living room, laundry room and bathroom. We also have a short ego-crushing tension board in a detached garage. Driveway parking under the carport with room for multiple vehicles. Approximate area is the Granite Library in South Salt Lake. (5 minutes to South Main Front. 1:45 to Maple Canyon. 30 min to White Pine Boulders. 1 hr to the narrows. 1:45 to Uintas.)

Our house is cute AF, and I have the best yard on the street. (Steve’s is nice too.) Our neighborhood is quiet and chill. We don’t have any pets, and I’m not super interested in hosting pets, but maybe. We have a fenced in yard and small dog door from the Darwin Era (RIP, my wiener!)

My wife would probably be very appreciative if you watered her inside plants once a week, but there’s no other upkeep. The yard work is hired out. We also have a decent tool setup in the garage (chop saw, small planer, table saw, nail gun, etc.) so this could be a decent option for someone who is working on a van build and wants to sleep with A/C. We have Google Fiber internet if you work from home.

We haven’t taken any pics because this is last minute, and we’re only 60% committed to renting to a stranger. We’d have to “vibe” as the youths say. DM me if you want to chat more! We imagined charging $500 per week, but that could be flexible depending on the situation.

Anyone who wanted to spend $500/week rented their Airbnb 3 months ago.
