I’m looking for mountaineering partners for Mount Rainier in June / July 2025 via the Disappointment Cleaver Route, also open to other routes too, eg Edmond Glacier. Looking to climb together before hand too on some other peaks to familiarize ourselves with each other :)

I have my AIARE 1 and Wilderness First Responder, and have taken glacier travel and crevasse rescue courses. My experience mainly lie in the California 14ers, eg Shasta, attempted Rainier DC route, etc.

Let me know if you’re interested in climbing!

Hi Chin, I am also trying to put together a team for Rainier in June. I have AIARE 1 and WFA too, crevasse rescue and glacier experience.

Hello, I am interested in climbing Mt Rainier this summer. Posting this pretty late to still get something lined up season because my tentative partner's schedule filled up, and it doesn't look like he'll be available this summer. I'm in Colorado, but I have formal crevasse rescue education, previous experience in easy glacier terrain on a rope team, and a lot of steep snow travel experience. I'm also WFA'd. Shoot me a message if the teams are still forming. Ideally I'd prefer to keep rope teams to 2-3 each.

Eli, thanks for reaching out! Ray and I and a few others summited via the DC early June. I’m not looking to go up Rainier again this season;  but am interested in other PNW peaks, eg Adams, St Helens, Baker etc. DM me if you’re interested!

Eli, if you still want to come out i’d be up for it. Have tried the mountain twice (once via DC and once via Ingram direct). I have permits for 8/27-8/30. My partner bailed and I may have one other person coming but that’s not for sure. I have some experience with glacier travel. No formal training in crevasse rescue but i have learned how to set up haul systems while on the mountain. I work in healthcare and have previously worked in the ICU and ER so i have experience in patching up things and making holes when needed. Willing to go earlier. Let me know if you’re interested.

Guideline #1: Don't be a jerk.
