We are planning a trip after memorial and curious if wild iris can be accessed, if the snow has melted and the roads are ok.  Thanks for any local info.

It has been melting out faster than usual, but the mtns are expected to get 14-20 inches with strong winds today/tomorrow. The drifts will be rejuvenated. It is supposed to warm up significantly after that, but this storm will push things back an additional week or two. Use the WYDOT road cams for an educated guess. You can always walk in.

Was just up there over the memorial day weekend and road was mostly clear. A small snow drift was blocking the road like ¼ mile from main parking area, we parked lower and hiked to the main wall with no issue.
