Zander, Something still appears to not be working correctly with the state updates. I last updated state data on April 25 and there has not been an update pushed for any of these states in 17 days.

Sorry for the late reply, Anna. Did you see updates for these areas from May 16th (last Friday)?

Wow, okay, that's a bug. I see updates for at least the last two Fridays (5/9 and 5/16). I will submit a ticket for this to get reviewed.

Noted! Thanks for bumping this. Clearly it isn't working as expected. We'll work on a fix to make the weekly updates available for all users.

I’d also like to see the data update alert appear at the top of all pages in the app. I have spoken to many people who are not updating their stare data because they don’t see the update option. This was an issue a few weeks ago with two guys who hiked an hour down to climb a route on which we were replacing bolts on the first two pitches. I had posted a comment to the route page alerting folks to our project and gave my cell number to coordinate but they didn't see the message because they didn't have updated comments download to their app. I'd guess most people research climb beta in the app and it seems people aren't generally seeing the most current information in the app unless they happened to update the state data just before starting their research. Having a way to manually force an update would be helpful.

Anna, The Sandias can definitely get crowded on weekends, especially on the popular routes. For future trips, you might enjoy exploring some of the less-traveled areas or trying a more old-school approach - there's something really satisfying about climbing with just a guidebook and discovering routes as you go. Sometimes the best adventures happen when you venture off the beaten path!"

@AS, I do love Sandia adventures and have explored up there extensively. It sounds like we might enjoy climbing up there together. I’ll bring my guidebooks. Have we met before? I have never heard anyone characterize the Sandias as crowded before. I only saw two other climbing parties up there all of this past weekend.

New MP iOS build (4.6.9) has been released on a 7-day rollout. This includes: - Fixed delete function for downloaded areas
- Area updates available more frequently (approximately every week on Friday or Saturday)
- Top photo (upper left photo) on a route card is now tappable for full screen
