Well that's an easy one. Especially for me. Thank you George. I have a story about naming peaks in this region. On my first guides exam, while sitting on top of Unnamed 10,250, Pierre Lemire asked the lone non-Canadian to name the peaks on the southern skyline...... I rattled off about 15 or more names, in order from east to west, and said "not bad for a boy from California, uh?", Pierre says " you missed one", and I replied with the correct answer (don't remember which peak for sure, but I think it was Odaray) saying it wasn't on the skyline but blended in with Hungabee (?again not sure now? That was 40 years ago). Then he asked me about the peaks to the north and I didn't do so well. And Pierre said something like "maybe you should say you are sorry and will try to do better next time ". I don't have my pictures here, so someone else can go. Thanks for letting me play. What you all do here is truly impressive!!!

of course George is up again. ;) Oops I think I might have already posted that one before... Edit: To those that don’t know Stetind is in Norway and is the “national” mountain. There is a 52 pitch free route up this face!

Norm — I remember naming the Stetind a while back. I don’t remember who posted it. The perspective was different, so that should be acceptable to everyone. Name the nondescript snowy mountain in the background. The big rock on the left is well-known. Not in Nevada. Not in California. Kevin is correct!
