Boulder Shoulder Specialist

My left shoulder is a bit of a mess - AC joint arthritis, tendonitis, etc etc - might be headed for surgery to resole the ac joint issues but wanted to crowd source here for a great shoulder specialist in Boulder/Front Range - thanks!

Dr hazadakis at western ortho is really well known for shoulders, located in Denver

Hackett at the steadman clinic in vail is regarded as one of the best shoulder surgeons in the country. I know a bunch of elite climbers who have been worked on by him with great success

Go to Dr. Hackett in Frisco/Vail.  The absolute best in Colorado

Another vote for Hackett at the Steadman Clinic. He does have have appointments in Frisco, so a bit closer than Vail. He did my surgery, then the surgery of a friend. Can’t imagine going to anyone else if you’re a climber. He’s a climber (or was) so understands much more than most. 

Another vote for Meredith Mayo as a surgeon. I don’t know about shoulders, but she put my biceps back on last Thursday and the experience has been excellent with her.
I see Timothy Mazzola at Breakthrough Regenerative Orthopedics in Boulder for a few things and he has been excellent as well.
