On Saturday, likely around noon, I was parked at the Carter Bridge River Access and had a ton of climbing gear stolen from my vehicle. Cams, lockers, anchors, carabiners, etc.  Literally everything other than the rope, harness and shoes I carried up with me.

ALL GEAR WAS HIDDEN UNDER BLANKETS, 2-3 JACKETS AND 2 BACKPACKS. NOTHING ELSE WAS TAKEN FROM THE CAR. Which sadly makes me think it was another climber that did this. I had beers, spliff supplies, some tools, and small change and cash in the center console. Nothing else was touched other than my entire life's worth of climbing gear.

Unlikely, but, fingers crossed someone comes across it, you never know!

Everything was on the purple gear sling seen in the pictures

Full Quad Trad Climbing Rack- sizes .3 through 4 (BD C4's and Ultralights)

2-3 Wild Country cams were mixed in there, sizes .5, .75, and 3

Carabiners on cams were all Black Diamond, Wild Country, and CAMP

2 sets of BD stoppers/ nuts (sizes 1-13)

12 Petzl Djinn quickdraws (blue)

orange cordalette and lockers

nut tool with a wire gate

5 CAMP Tri Cams (sizes .5, 1, 1.5, 2, 3 )

2 CAMP Ball Nuts (sizes 2 and 3)

misc slings + tat / Alpine Draws

2 SUPER OLD MEDIUM length dogbones that I've kept as bail pieces for nuts.

other giveaways would be neon green tape around the spines of carabiners, or correspondingly fresh adhesive if the tape has been pulled, Jagged Mountain Brewery oval carabiners and old Chouinard Equipment oval silver carabiners, 2 LONG black and white eye to eye sewn runners. barely used, i think Blue Ice maybe? or Mammut?

This is all I can remember off the top of my head, I’ve built up this equipment over the past 10 years and it’s hard to remember the exact specifics of every single item.
If y'all happen to see/hear of anyone trying to sell gear quickly and cheaply, or anything that sets off a red flag, please PLEASE get a name and number, let me know, pass it on to the police, etc. I absolutely love climbing (don't we all) and this theft has absolutely gutted me.

THANKS AGAIN! I know it's unlikely, but I've always been an optimist ha.

That's very unfortunate... If you have it, check in with your home or rental insurance, they usually cover stolen items, even if the theft wasn't at your home. Best of luck.

That's terrible! I highly recommend to you and anyone to lock box your valuables inside your car or in bed of truck. I know they're bulky but keep the riff raff from grab an runs. I'm trusting this will work itself out in your benefit!

Guideline #1: Don't be a jerk.
