Shuteye Ridge

Anybody been to shuteye recently and can offer any beta on what the weather conditions is like there now?

Only Chiquito Dome is currently accessible. The FS doesn't usually open the road gates until around Memorial day

EDIT: FYI - Shuteye is in Northern California, not Southern California ;)

Central camp road is open and you can get to to the shuteye turn off without touching snow.  Weather has been warm, Chiquito dome can be pretty hot but goes in the shade around 3.  It's possible there could be other climbing in the area.  The photo is from last week.
