I've never systematically compared my own observations after the fact with the info from the sun angles tool. Based on that, it seems like the answer is about noon. will be interested to hear the boots on the ground report.
Real world shade update April 15th: We hiked in early, climbed Unimpeachable, last 5.8 pitch is great, would recommend going to the top. Rapped via Power Failure into whatever is to the left w/ single 70m, coming down this way (climber's left, shortens number of raps as ground has come up under you). Back on the ground before noon, so climbed in the sun, wasn't bad. Vegas temps were in the mid 80s this day. Hung out, climbed a couple of other things, cool zone. The 3 pitch route Sugar was REALLY good and is shady all day.
Shade started hitting the wall at 1pm: 1st pitch of Unimpeachable gets shade first, Power Failure goes into shade about 30/40min later.
