My HMG Prism pack was stolen from the South Fork trailhead in the San Gorgonio area on 4/6. Items in the pack include:

-Mammut Wallrider helmet

-Camp corsa alpine axe

-BD snaggletooth pro crampons

-Montbell plasma 1000 alpine jacket

-Garmin Inreach mini

-Nitecore nu50 headlamp

-Patagonia

-Patagonia R1 air hoodie

if you see any of this for sale on Craigslist or wherever in SoCal let me know! Also if you stole it and want to clear your mind please contact me.

But this is the stuff you left up there 2 days ago that you forgot and left behind? Not everybody in the world uses Mountain Project. How would most people know what it was?  You might also check with the local police station. That’s where I turn in valuables that I find.

I forgot it outside my truck and went back a few hours later to retrieve and it was gone. Obviously MP isn’t the only place I’m looking, just in case a good samaritan picked it up to try to find the owner.

I’ve already notified the local ranger station if they get it dropped off. I’ll see if there even is a local police station.

I realize that writing/reading comprehension are not the skills once coveted in K-12 as well as University level, but you might want to reconsider the language in your initial post compared to what you wrote here. Maybe a small discrepancy to you, but critical in negotiating the results you are seeking.

I like how instead of just reading something and realizing you have nothing to offer in the way of real help you just decide to be an ass. I hope I never become a miserable nit picker like you when I’m old.

It’s pretty obvious that if someone had the bag and was looking for the owner and saw the post they would be able to put two things together.
