Icicle Creek Canyon conditions

Anyone been up in Icicle lately?

Wondering if it’ll be a longer ice season or an early rock season???

It is horrible conditions for both right now. 

How are things after a pretty warm weekend?

Was there Monday, a lot of exposed, dry rock, but also still a fair amount of slushy snow and mini creek everywhere. 

Plenty of things were climbable, but we did have to switch plans and be flexible. At least it was sunny this past weekend.

Is it climbable at all after a small amount of rain? (like chalking holds maybe..?) I'd love to go this weekend as I have friday and monday off but forecast looks bad.

It will most likely not be climbable this weekend

Any predictions how climbable Icicle will be next week?  I'm flying home this weekend and am hoping to get out there. Last year I lucked into great weather at the same time of year.

Just climbed some routes yesterday actually. Currently just got a got an inch of snow in town or so, temps are warming up though. I bet you could climb in a day or two. 

Anyone been out there recently to provide updates on conditions? Considering making a trip sometime in mid April or early May. Any local insight would be much appreciated! 

South side of canyons are dry, north side not so much, watch for ticks.
