RR skid row

Don’t park at skid row the cops will just send you a ticket in the mail and not even tell you. |
|
How does the ticket price compare to the cost of a campsite? |

Arizona used to have fixed radar and cameras sites around the state and would mail speeding tickets to the registered owner. They had to stop because this method violated due process. A ticket needs to be delivered in person to be legally enforceable. Doesn't mean its not a headache to deal with though, cops and courts don't always play fair by their own rules. I got one of these so called "tickets" once and returned it saying I wasn't the driver and that was the end of it. After all maybe you had loaned out your vehicle to a friend and weren't even there? |
