Ticks missing from app to website

Anyone else tick 4ish climbs on the app and go to the website and only 3/4 are ticked? I've noticed a tick or two is always missing from the website after I made those ticks on the app

Hey Daniel, that sounds very frustrating. Are you still seeing the missing tick in the app that's not showing on web? Or is it more that you tick some climbs in the app and then it seems like one of them doesn't save correctly? And lastly, are you on the iOS or Android app?

This is usually what happens. The tick will show up on the app but not on the website. If i logout on the app then log back in it shows what was on the website, which is usually missing a tick. It does not happen every time. It happens maybe once every third session.

 I am on the android app.

Next time it happens, when you see it's missing on web, try adding a todo in the app, wait a minute, and refresh the website.  There could be a timing issue with syncing, if you're adding them quickly.  Let us know if that helps, and we can probably fix it.

Are you offline or have a shaky connection when you're adding the ticks?

I've tried adding the to dos as you suggested and no luck. My connection has been good when i ticked these climbs.
