Hey all,

I recently designed a trigger keeper kit for the older Black Diamond 4/5/6 cams.

They’re made using selective laser sintering with PA-F Nylon.

Available on my website for $16

Super cool upgrade for serviceable cams!

This is awesome! I worked on a project for a retrofittable injection molded 'claw' trigger keeper for C4's a while ago, and it's cool to see it thoroughly surpassed. It's super clean and SLA seems like a great choice of a manufacturing process for the type, volume, & variety of products you want to make.

does this work for an UL#4? any weight savings over a regular #4 w/ a trigger keeper?

Hey Adarsh,

This model doesn't work for the UL 4, but I have a model in the works that will.

As far as weight goes, a UL with the kit would be lighter than the standard 4, but I couldn't give you an exact gram difference yet.

Hey Richard,

I remember seeing your design when you first came out with it!

Your design definitely inspired mine!

Thank you so much for your kind words!
