Getting in touch with RR campground hosts

Hi all- I’m going to be a day late to my campground reservation and I’m trying to get in touch with the hosts. The phone number has an email address but I’ve received no reply. Does anyone else have a way to get ahold of them? I don’t want to lose my spot.

They don’t give away the site.  You can book two weeks and not show up and the site will just sit empty.  That’s why the campground is always “Full”but there are numerous empty sites.

I think you can modify your reservation on rec.gov if you want to make sure it’s all good.

Where's DOGE when it could do something useful?

Is that a special rule for the RR campground? In general they hold your site until the day after your reservation starts.

Like Jeff said your best bet is unfortunately through the site.

This is true in RR as far as I know, which is why I’d love to get in touch with them. It’s an 8 hour drive minimum for me so no way I’m getting there by 11 am.

Guideline #1: Don't be a jerk.
