Hitting the Sierras this summer

My plan this summer is to climb as much as possible in the eastern Sierras of California. Starting with Mount Shasta in June and working my way down. I'm looking for a partner to bag the Palisades and possibly fish hook arete on Russell. Easy going and fit partners is basically what I'm looking for...happy trails!

I stay away from trump supporters!

Hey I would try posting this in the Northern California Partners and Southern California Partners forums. Not sure you'll get as much traction with it in the mountaineering forum - I don't associate that with rock climbing, maybe that's just me though. Also it's always good to include your experience, prior bigger objectives/routes you've done, verify the grade you climb at currently, etc.

Best of luck!

Yo Cole, you are about to get blasted for using the plural. It is Eastern Sierra. I don't care, just trying to save you the bullshit. I'll delete after changing...or leave it and have fun with it!

Oh dear! I definitely don't want to climb with the uptight grammar police.

I’ve had many amazing days of climbing in that area with people I’ve met on the partner finder here and on I think a Bishop area climbing page on FB. My best were with someone I met at the gear shop in Lone Pine while I was taking a rest day.

I’m out in Dutch right now, we have one more trip before I get out of here, but probably in a month or so I’ll be in Vegas. I swing through at least 2 or 3 times a year to climb. I’ll hit you up when I get there!
