HOw do I block any post including the word t-e-m.u

There's no way to block posts using keywords. You can Ignore a user by going to their MP profile page (screenshot below) but in this case, either bots or real humans are creating many new accounts so it wouldn't really help. 

We just put up a few fixes that should help and we'll continue to monitor and make adjustments if needed. Thanks for the patience.

Ignoring the user only hide their post not the topic they start.

Maybe a "Spam User" option on the profile page and once they get a few clicks by members, their posts are all hidden until a review of their profile by an admin.

It can be time limited for only new users less than a week old.
