Just started climbing ice this season! I can follow up to WI5 so far. I was supposed to visit NH and climb in the Whites but weather isn't looking so good... I also have a season of multi-pitch trad leading under my belt so I know all the systems and am comfortable with committing climbs etc. Driving up from NB so if I make any good friends you're welcome to come up and climb some of our great coastal ice with me!

curious whats wrong with the weather in nh?  certainly gaspe would be awesome but  the weather in VT is good for ice the next 10 days can't Imagin NH would be bad?

The forecast is saying there will be a bunch of snow rolling in Saturday/Sunday and I don't want to have to drive home in a snowstorm or get stuck in NH.

Ahh. When folks talk about bad weather and ice climbing usually it means warm temperatures and rain..

Guideline #1: Don't be a jerk.
