Call IMCS in North Conway, they've got deep roots and great guides.

North Conway probably has the highest percentage of guides per -capita of anywhere in the country, and almost all of them are highly capable. However, as the oldest established guide service there, ICMS is, as stated above, a very dependable option,

Thank you everyone. IMCS seems to be the overall consensus.

IMCS is great, but for folks coming to this thread later I thought I would plug a few of the other awesome NH-based services (in no particular order):

Cathedral Mountain Guides

Mooney Mountain Guides

Vertex Mountain Guides

Northeast Mountaineering

Shoutout for Cathedral Mountains Guides and Mooney Mount Guides.

Guideline #1: Don't be a jerk.
