Seems a little scammy. Anyone know for sure ?

I’d say if your first instinct is that it’s a scam, it’s a scam.

Gname.com is one of the major hosts of scam and fraudulent sites. Combine that with a mainland China registrant with no actual contact information, this is 99.999% a scam.

One more red flag -

Address listed under "Contact Us" is "1305 SW 59th St, Oklahoma City, OK 73119, United States" 

Business at that locations is - "Los Primos Tires", used tire shop specializing in oil changes and quick service., Address: 1305 SW 59th St, Oklahoma City, OK 73119

I'll take the combo - poke for lunch, a new climbing rope and throw in an oil change!
