Anyone have condition info on Q’emlin park or surrounding crags in late January? I’m heading there on the 25. Taking advantage of the mild winter but since im new to the west i thought i’d ask
There is currently snow on the ground but several of the cliffs face south and it appears like we will get some sun this next week. With that said, there aren't a lot of people climbing outside around town right now with high temps topping out at 30-35F. But that does mean you will have the whole cliff to yourself. Bottom line is the climb-ability depends on preceip and your willingness to climb in cold weather. There are a few overhung routes that should be dry regardless.
