May have to zoom in on the photo but seems like their are 2 washers that surround the rivet that joins the crank to the eye.

Well one has gone missing and the crank is really loose now.

Has anyone else had this issue? I thought I could fix it using a tiny c clip but don't have the tool.

Just email camp? I bet they would help.

If all else fails (i.e. no replacement from CAMP(, just squeeze the hanger a bit tighter on the pin to eliminate the play.

Had same issue, missing washer, floppy crank.  Used vise to squeeze it tighter.  Works fine now.
