Anyone who still can't log in, please try these: A: On the website, click Sign In, click Password help, and try to reset your MP password. Then it will either ask you to connect your account to onX, or you can do it in Account Settings. - or - B: Contact support here and ask for a link to reset your password: https://www.mountainproject.com/help If those don't work, I'll dig deeper on the android side. |

I'll try to describe what I just spent 20 minutes doing. It worked, sort of. I attempted to reset my MP password via A) above. My gmail account pw was reset, and in account settings it shows already linked to an OnX account. No dice on logging in on android with new pw and linked account. I then saw an option to change my email address while logged in on my PC. I switched it to my .edu address successfully, and figured maybe I can now log in via facebook. No dice on the first try. I then tried to log in to MP via OnX, which has now apparently created a NEW empty account associated with my gmail (my OnX login is gmail). I cannot switch my primary account back to my gmail address because of this. I then tried logging in via facebook again, and for whatever reason I am now logged in on android. I don't want this to be using my .edu address but cannot switch back now... |
