But cars are lame, and the challenge increases. Just a thought. |

You could have a human powered FKT as well. |

On 11/19/20, Tavish Hansen and I climbed The Triple in 4:14:51. To my knowledge this is now the FKT. If y’all would like more detailed splits or the gps tracking I can post it later, but for now here are the tower car to car times. 1:34:59 c2c on OCS 1:11:29 c2c on The Mace 1:03:31 c2c on Dr. Rubo’s We ran all trails and simuled all pitches. The drives from OCS- Mace & Mace- Rubo’s each took approx 10-15 min. I would be stoked if anyone took on this challenge! Sooo much fun! Cheers y’all! |

Whats up yall! On March 13th, 2023 myself and my buddy Harrison Keane attempted the Sedona Triple Crown FKT by foot. We finished with a time of 10hrs 49mins and 38seconds. We started the clock at Jacks Canyon TH and ended it at Sugarloaf TH. We ran to each spire via trails and simul climbed each spire. Unless someone else has heard of a faster on foot effort I believe this is the current FKT. I linked the strava tracks for those interested. Also note: we did this supported with friends meeting us with food, water and gear so we could run unencumbered from spire to spire. It was an incredible day! The total mileage was around 20 miles and 4k elevation gain. We also had a wild oak creek crossing as it was gushing at over 1,000cfs! This linkup is definitely a classic and I would love to see some more folks get after this! https://www.strava.com/activities/8720851379 https://www.strava.com/activities/8720851410 |

Recently did a human-powered triple crown with by dear pal, Brian Hodgeson. We utilized bicycles and running/walking for transportation. Absolute blast! Here is our cheeeze reel. I'm hesitant to add it to the record board Travis created because I feel like all running is a totally different event, and incredibly impressive - many kudos to you two monkeys! Wanted to get some community thoughts on this.. Do we have car, foot only, and mixed modality human powered efforts? Horse back? Roller blade? Split board? Also, I know that the car method of the Triple Crown was done in a style where only one person had to tag the summit. There has been hot debate on this in local circles but I wanted to get this out there so we can clarify.. Should both members tag each summit? Or is only one sufficient? Looking forward to the chatter :) |

Orion Swann and I had the pleasure of a human powered lap this weekend. Here are the details: Time: 6 h 56 m 46 s Travel Modality: Bicycle and feet Deets: We linked pitches. Unsupported. Both parties tagged each summit. Timer started at OC parking lot and ended once bikes were touched in Sugarloaf parking lot. We had one flat tire that ultimately added 30-40 minutes. |
