Climbing in City of Rocks - December

Looking to get one more push in... do you think it is possible to enjoy a December trip in City of Rocks in December. Forecast for the 10 day looks super promising. South facing obviously.

To echo what Jaren has said, I’ve been there from December through February and although the days are a bit shorter in December it’s great!

Castle has a good selection of south/southwest faces and is lower elevation so typically stays a few degrees warmer.

Totally possible but if wind picks up impossible. If not Massacre and Teddy are both winter areas in the same spot so if weather is bad check them out or the lower spires at Devils playground in Utah.
